Employee Spotlight: Howard Hill

Congratulations to Howard Hill, our Employee of the Month for Monroe! Howard serves as a Resident Security Officer and brings dedication, compassion, and a true commitment to the mission of City of Faith every day.

What Howard enjoys most about his role is encouraging individuals who may have made past mistakes and reminding them that their choices do not define their future. For him, one of the greatest rewards is when a former resident returns to say thank you and share how the support they received made a difference in their life.

Howard makes an impact on his team by living out the City of Faith core values and being a true team player. He came to City of Faith because he was looking for a place where he could build a long-term career while also giving back to families and the community.

He is inspired by seeing residents successfully complete the program and continue to make positive decisions after leaving. One lesson he has learned during his time here is that mistakes are something everyone faces, and everyone deserves the opportunity to grow.

Outside of work, Howard is a people person who enjoys spending time with his dogs and appreciates a good clean joke. He enjoys classic westerns, especially The Outlaw Josey Wales featuring Clint Eastwood. His favorite “office snack” is the Bible, which reflects the faith and values that guide him.
