01 Jun Employee Highlight: Gary Clark
Please help us welcome Gary Clark, our new Business Development Manager!
Gary is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating positive first impressions. One of the things he enjoys most about his work is seeing the impact that comes from investing in authentic connections and going the extra mile to make people feel valued.
That dedication has already been evident throughout his career. One accomplishment Gary is especially proud of involved creating a highly personalized sample package for a potential client by incorporating a sentimental photo meaningful to the company owner. The thoughtful gesture made such an impact that the company became an exclusive client.
As part of the City of Faith Special Services team, Gary looks forward to helping strengthen relationships throughout the community while representing the organization with professionalism, positivity, and integrity. Guided by his faith, he strives to keep God at the center of how he works and interacts with others each day.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, playing music, and solving 2×2, 3×3, and even 4×4 Rubik’s cubes. He and his family are also currently on a big “Survivor” kick.
One of Gary’s personal goals for the coming year is to help establish a regular worship night in Conway — a place where creative people in the community can come together, connect, and be refreshed.
When asked what advice he would give someone new to the organization, Gary shared:
“Be open and honest in all that you do. Give yourself grace, be okay with being new, and learn one day at a time.”

We’re excited to have Gary on the team and look forward to all that’s ahead!
