Employee Of the Month : Jada Sain

Employee Of the Month : Jada Sain

Congratulations to Jada, our Little Rock Employee of the Month! As a Case Manager, Jada brings compassion, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others to her work every day.
What Jada enjoys most about her role is knowing that she is helping people make positive changes in their lives. She finds the greatest reward in watching residents grow, develop stronger character, rebuild relationships, and work toward a better future.
Jada is especially proud of being part of the Back-to-School Resource Fair, where she helped give back to local families and support the community. Experiences like this reflect her commitment to making a difference both inside and outside of City of Faith.
She makes an impact by helping residents successfully transition back into the community, offering guidance through both challenges and successes, and encouraging them to remain focused on their goals and long-term success.
Jada’s passion for this work began while she was in college through the Inside-Out Program, where she met with incarcerated individuals for discussions and collaborative projects. That experience strengthened her desire to serve others and confirmed her calling to work in reentry.
She is inspired by the supportive environment at City of Faith and the teamwork that allows staff to work toward a shared mission. One important lesson she has learned is that while she can provide guidance, resources, and support, lasting change requires individuals to take ownership of their journey.
Outside of work, Jada enjoys relaxing and getting some well-deserved sleep after a busy day. A fun fact about her is that she was born with 12 fingers! If she could have any superpower, she would choose the ability to read minds. Her favorite movie is Kill Bill, and her go-to office treat is a Vanilla Coke.
Jada’s next personal goal is to return to school and earn her Master’s in Social Work so she can continue growing professionally and expanding the ways she helps others.
Jada’s advice for new team members:
Always be respectful. Kindness goes a long way, and a simple smile and respectful interaction can make a difference.
Thank you, Jada, for your dedication, positive impact, and commitment to helping residents build brighter futures. Congratulations on being recognized as Little Rock Employee of the Month!
