09 May Employee Highlight: Carrie Williams
At City of Faith, Carrie Williams is a driving force behind the mission of recovery and reentry. She is passionate about helping individuals succeed and finds the greatest joy in watching lives transform through the reentry process.
Carrie has played an important role in advancing reentry efforts across Arkansas and is now helping build the next phase of City of Faith through the Special Services Division. Her work reflects both vision and dedication to long-term impact.
Her personal journey is just as meaningful. Becoming a mother at 17 reshaped the course of her life, leading to a legacy she is proud of today, including her son, grandson, and daughter-in-law.
Carrie is known for showing up each day with a positive attitude, a commitment to growth, and a strong sense of teamwork. She values trust, collaboration, and the importance of staying grounded in purpose.
Fun fact: Carrie has completed two half marathons and competed in “Conquer the Gauntlet” in her 40s.
She enjoys unwinding with Mexican food, loves watching The Golden Girls, and says that if she could have any superpower, it would be teleportation.
