Troy Adams, Director of Finance

 
Troy Adams began his career at City of Faith in 2003. His first hat was that of Human Resource/Compliance Officer until he was tapped for Director of Finance in 2018. Since then, he has shown himself invaluable to our company by being involved in all facets of administration/management including budgeting, billing, payroll and federal contracting. He has shown his IT skills by assisting in transitioning City of Faith from a manual accountability and reporting system to a computerized system.
 
Troy continues to prove his expertise by reviewing and developing policies and procedures to insure City of Faith remains in compliance with Federal Bureau of Prison guidelines as well as federal, state requirements and American Correctional Association Standards.
 
In his spare time (which we are all amazed he ever has any), Troy enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
