Lisa Harper, Monroe Facility Director
We have enjoyed Lisa Harper’s leadership for almost a decade as Facility Director at our Monroe, La operation. The Farmerville, La native is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and later pursued a degree in Legal Science at the same institution. When not at City of Faith, Lisa operates and manages her family’s business that includes farm production in Farmerville. Lisa said, “My professional goal is to continue to work at making COF an even better place to work and assisting residents with the utmost quality of respectful care, making successful reentry a reality.” Lisa also states she is most proud of finding the right employees for right positions allowing COF to enjoy a smooth running facility.
