Carrie is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience serving justice-involved individuals in Arkansas. She retired after 28 years with Arkansas Community Correction, where she held the position of Assistant Director of Reentry. Throughout her career, Carrie has been instrumental in expanding services and creating opportunities to support successful reintegration for individuals returning to their communities after incarceration.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from Arkansas Tech University, earned in 1994. Her passion for reentry work brought her to City of Faith in February 2023 as a Federal Case Manager. Her leadership and vision quickly propelled her into the role of Business Development Manager in April 2024, and then to her current role as Director of Special Services in April 2025.
Carrie has witnessed countless success stories and played a part in significant changes within Arkansas’s reentry landscape—making her career both impactful and deeply rewarding. She is also a proud mother and grandmother, drawing strength and inspiration from her family as she continues her life’s work of service and advocacy.
