Allen Winkler, Chief Operations Officer

Allen Winkler is the Chief Operations Officer for City of Faith Prison Ministries, where he plays a key role in overseeing the organization’s daily operations and long-term strategy. With over two decades of dedicated service, Allen has held a range of leadership roles at City of Faith, bringing consistency, vision, and a deep commitment to helping individuals successfully reenter society.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and has combined his educational background with real-world experience to lead both in the nonprofit and private sectors. In addition to his work at City of Faith, Allen is a small business owner, managing several ventures in real estate and marketing. His entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach reflect his belief in hard work, smart growth, and giving others the tools to succeed.
Allen also serves as a member of the American Correctional Association’s Community Corrections Committee and as Secretary and Board Member of the International Community Justice Association, where he contributes to advancing best practices in reentry and community corrections across the nation.
Allen has been married to his wife, Stacey, for over 20 years. Stacey works as a Forensic Scientist and supervisor for the State of Arkansas. They enjoy traveling the world together, restoring vintage trucks in their spare time, and spending quiet evenings at home with their two dogs, Benny and Mookie. Allen is also a lifelong Boston Red Sox fan and rarely misses a game—cheering on his team with the same passion he brings to every aspect of his life.
