Employee Spotlight: Celebrate 5 Years With Tarhonda

Today, TaRhonda Williams is celebrating 5 years with City of Faith as a dedicated Shift Lead and valued team player. Throughout her time with the organization, she has become known for her leadership, positive attitude, and commitment to helping both residents and coworkers succeed.
TaRhonda enjoys serving as someone residents and fellow staff members can turn to for guidance, advice, and support. Whether answering questions or helping ensure compliance with rules and regulations, she takes pride in being a dependable leader and resource for others.
One accomplishment she is especially proud of was hosting a Juneteenth celebration for residents in 2025. The event brought residents together through food, games, and education about the meaning and importance of Juneteenth, creating a memorable experience for everyone involved.
She joined City of Faith because she wanted to step into a role where she could make a difference and help people who were working toward a second chance in life. Along the way, she has found inspiration from longtime coworkers who have mentored and encouraged her to continue growing professionally.
Outside of work, TaRhonda enjoys spending time with family, cooking and trying new recipes, and making Saturday taco outings a tradition. She also enjoys watching movies on Tubi and hopes to travel to Jamaica in the near future.
One of her favorite memories at City of Faith was being nominated for the Pettus Award in 2023, an experience she considers both meaningful and motivating.
TaRhonda’s advice for new team members:
Always pay attention so you can learn the correct way to operate according to City of Faith and BOP standards.
Guided by the belief that people should be treated the way you would want to be treated, TaRhonda continues to motivate herself daily to strive for greatness while making a positive impact on those around her.
